1. Accepting these terms

By using the GetIPTV AU website, requesting a trial or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

GetIPTV AU provides access to a video streaming service delivered as M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API login details for use in third-party media player apps (for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or BOB Player). We don’t make hardware or set-top boxes, and we don’t develop the player apps.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Plans are sold for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the prices shown on our website in Australian dollars (AUD). Each plan is a one-off payment and does not renew automatically. Orders are placed by sending an order request; payment options are provided by our team, and your plan starts when payment is confirmed.

4. Accounts and connections

Each subscription covers the number of simultaneous connections selected at purchase. The standard is one active connection at a time. You can install your login on several of your own devices, but streaming on more screens at once than your plan allows may cause streams to stop automatically.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and stable. Planned maintenance and broadcast disruptions are dealt with as quickly as possible. Channel and on-demand line-ups can change over time.

6. Permitted use and no redistribution

Personal subscriptions are for private, personal use only. Restreaming, public display or redistribution without a written reseller agreement is not allowed and will result in the account being closed without a refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
